Fixed several issues related to the Reception/Checkout system.
- Fixed issues that could prevent items from being scanned or interacted with.
- Added a Cancel Checkout shortcut.
- Reception/Checkout counters can now be packed back into their box.
- Fixed incorrect AK ammunition text.
- Fixed a typo in the Flashlight delivery text in the Cargo Transport UI.
