Dear players, thank you for your patience! Recently, we have been optimizing the current Playtest build while also developing content for the Demo and full release—we've been working flat out~ We can finally announce the Demo's launch date! This version will be updated in two phases: the playable Demo will officially open on Sept. 29. Then, after the National Day holiday and before October Steam Next Fest, we will update the Demo once more and participate in the festival.
Added a minigame to Gathering;
Added multiple character save slots;
Added visual effects for some combat skills;
Added a toggle for World Map movement animations;
Added a toggle for UI animations;
Improved the UI layout and controls for the Reincarnation Casket;
Improved UI artwork;
Adjusted rewards for death outcomes such as Great Misfortune;
Improved and adjusted enemy skills;
Updated combat intents;
When the Demo opens, the Playtest will end at the same time. Playtest saves can be carried over to the Demo.
This update focuses primarily on refining the core gameplay experience and system details. We also understand everyone's anticipation for new gameplay and content, so we will update the Demo again after the National Day holiday and before Oct. 19.
Added Dual Cultivation and Marriage;
Added a Persuasion minigame;
Expanded the Reincarnation progression with out-of-run progression features such as the Destiny Divination Disc and Ninefold Reincarnation Art;
Improved NPC preferences;
Improved the Give Gift feature;
Adjusted card values;
Improved and adjusted enemy skills;
In the time ahead, we will focus our development efforts on the full release version. For a small indie team like ours, this will be a make-or-break battle, so we may need your patience for a while. We hope to refine every gameplay feature to your satisfaction, release the game this year, and bring you a fun and engaging indie game that earns your recognition.
See you in the Demo on Sept. 29!
