Hello all!
I am honoured to announce that The Last Werewolf is a finalist for Excellence in Impact at the Australian Game Developer Awards!
I’m still a little blown away by where this game has gone since the moment I decided to make it. It’s been one hell of a journey.
A huge thank you to Screenwest, everyone who helped bring the game together, and, of course, everyone who has played and supported it!
So, I’m off to Melbourne International Games Week again this year, where I’ll be showcasing both The Last Werewolf and introducing its sequel, Silver Lake National Park.

As mentioned above, I’ll be showcasing Silver Lake National Park for the first time during MIGW!
I had originally intended to enter Early Access in Q4 2026. However, I really want to try out Steam’s Playtest feature first, so I’ll be starting with an Alpha/concept build to get some early vibes and feedback from players before moving towards Early Access.
You may also notice some visual changes to the game. I made a fairly significant change in visual direction, and I think the game is much stronger for it.
I’m also looking at another minor QoL update for The Last Werewolf once the chaos of PAX Aus is over. The plan is to add some more interactables to the scenes and flesh out the world a little further.
There’s also been a request for Steam Cloud saves. I really, really want to get this working, so I’m going to give it a go and hopefully it’s easier than I think it is.
See you at MIGW!
