During Viral Rush:
Combat, movement, explosions, infected groans and other disturbances can draw Virals to your position.
Chases will attract even more Virals, with more of them joining the hunt.
Among the horde, watch out for a stronger Viral that periodically enters the fight – tougher, more durable and much harder to put down.
The louder Villedor gets, the more dangerous its streets become.
The Rush Escalates

As Viral Rush escalates:
Viral presence will increase, putting even more pressure on Survivors across the city.
The world will become progressively more chaotic, with boosted dismemberment turning every encounter into a potential bloodbath.
Expect fights to get bloodier as the weekend goes on.
