The updated WheelMates demo is now live as part of Steam Next Fest! This is a quality update built directly from your feedback.
Here are the key changes:
Car Handling and Camera Settings
Before jumping into the game, take a moment to check out the settings and experiment a little! Follow camera or free camera? Pick the one that gives you the best sense of movement. You can also adjust steering sensitivity and throttle to match your playstyle now.
Journal and Lore Immersion
We added a Journal that tracks your collectibles and stores narrative pieces.
Optimisation
We've also been working on optimization. If you had performance issues with the previous version, the game should run better on more PCs.
Steam Deck Support
You will be able to comfortably solve puzzles in a portable format right on your device.
