Added moderation to Global Chat
Added a name Randomizer to Blubbi name selection popup
Hold Drag to collect cubes implemented. Simply hold left click and move your mouse around to collect.
Cleaned up UI for the upgrade panel.
Added 3 Proper Leaderboards - Level based - Cube Amount Based and Unique Blubbis encountered count
Fixed Global Chat event messaging so that no old event messages show up when logging in.
