Demo 1.3.0 is live! The fifth automatic gathering upgrade gives your corgi a laser backpack. It opens up, charges, blasts the resource, and sends the corgi into a backflip before packing itself away. The backpack bounces around while the corgi runs, then steadies to aim.
This update also brings a stranded corgi to rescue on each of the three planets. Scout pets them, they join the camp, and the rocket grows to bring them along. Each corgi has its own personality: one follows Scout, one chases wildlife, and one prefers hanging around camp.
There is also a new progress menu for automatic gathering, backpack, and base storage upgrades, plus CHOP, CLUNK, CLINK and PEW bubbles while gathering.
