Added tutorial for the Tianhe Data Center's power grid system.
Added a new puzzle building: Power Signal Display.
Added two new buildable buildings: Neural Network Connector and Tianhe Data Center Connector.
Added tutorial content (press [P] to open the pause screen, then click the tutorial button to view).
Added more tutorial content to the loading screen.
Fixed translation issues for road signs and output nodes.
Adjusted the icons for the Weather Controller and Energy Field.
Improved the glass material of the Tianhe Data Center.
Improved the saving logic of the tutorial floating window; in future versions, some floating windows will no longer appear.
Item ratings (colors) are now displayed in the inventory even without hovering.
