Hyperlinks updated, conflict when booking a fight
Promotions more active in retaining Amateurs rather than allowing them to leave for free
Autobook improved to book non-Stable fights and logic tuned to put better fights together (Within game constraints)

UI
Leaderboard columns tidied up
Various UI fixes to bring Pages into screens that have used Scrollbars
