- Added rival notifications
- Fixed final quest in Bedrock not advancing if RV Park task was completed in advance
- Fixed initial truck in Pine Hills appearing broken (not moving) in some cases
- Fixed new demographic quest on bedrock not progressing in some cases
- Fixed npc pins refresh
- Balanced neighborhood tasks and rewards
- Increased npc spawns
