Following our roadmap update and everything we learned during Steam Next Fest, it’s time for the next big step.
What This Closed Beta Is
This is a limited-access testing phase, during which a selected group of players will receive early hands-on access to evolving versions of Twilight Imperium Digital.
The closed beta will focus on expanding the experience beyond the demo and testing how the game feels as we continue building it piece by piece.
Why It Matters
From the start, our goal has been to build this game with the community, not next to it.
This beta is a key part of that process. It’s your chance to directly influence development through feedback, discussion, and iteration. The insights we gather here will shape the next stages of the Twilight Imperium Digital development.

Spots in the Closed Beta will be limited, and we’ll be selecting participants based on their experience, engagement, and ability to provide thoughtful feedback.

Not getting into the first wave doesn't mean you've missed your chance. As Twilight Imperium Digital grows, we'll continue to expand the Closed Beta and invite new players throughout the testing process. We encourage everyone interested to apply, even if the first round fills up quickly.
