Estates no longer permanently stop investing after you lose a location they were targeting; the stale construction intent is now cleared immediately regardless of treasury state, freeing the estate to pick a new target the following month.
Renamed Andronikos III's younger daughter from Irene to "Maria" to match history and avoid two daughters sharing a name, and made Dimitrios Palaiologos's wife start pregnant to reflect the birth of his second son, whose date is unknown.
