Hello, chemists! ✨
I have some exciting news:
The Extravalence Playtest is now open to everyone!
You no longer need to wait for manual approval or selection — if you want to try the game, you can now join the Playtest directly through Steam.
The public Playtest includes an early version of Extravalence with its core systems already available to try:
⚔️ Combat
🧪 Elemental bonds and reactions
🗺️ Exploration
👥 Party building
🎮 Core progression and gameplay systems
Please keep in mind that this is still a development build.
You may encounter bugs, unfinished content, balance issues, placeholder elements, or mechanics that may change before the public demo and full release.
Extravalence is being developed entirely by me as a solo developer, so every player who takes the time to try the game and share their thoughts genuinely helps shape the project.
If something feels confusing, too difficult, too easy, awkward, fun, surprising, or simply broken — I want to hear about it.
Your feedback will help improve the upcoming demo and the full version of Extravalence.
Go to the Extravalence Steam store page, find the Extravalence Playtest section and join from there.
No selection. No waiting. Just jump in and play.
If you've been following the project but haven't had the chance to try it yet, this is the perfect moment. 🧪✨
Thank you so much to everyone who has already played, tested, reported bugs, shared feedback, wishlisted the game, or simply followed the development.
See you in Extravalence!
