We’ve kept you waiting for quite a while! First, we’d like to share some big news with our players—
The demo for *The Last Poem* is officially set to launch next week, and the demo’s store page is now live!
Currently, the core content of the demo has been fully completed, and the development team and operations staff have conducted multiple rounds of internal testing. The overall quality has reached a level we’re relatively satisfied with.
Since announcing the delay of the demo’s release, we’ve been continuously refining and polishing the narrative progression, cinematography, and pacing to further enhance the game’s polish, enrich the visual and audio experience, and meet players’ expectations as much as possible. The quality of art, music, sound effects, and voice acting has undergone multiple iterations, and we’ve also optimized the interactive experience down to the finest details. Behind every line of dialogue lies a vast amount of scriptwork, as well as repeated fine-tuning of details such as character expressions, camera angles, and sound effects.
This game supports HD 1080p resolution, and you can also play in full-screen mode on 2K displays!
As development has progressed over this period, the demo’s overall content volume has increased by more than 50% compared to the initial plan, with the final playtime ranging from approximately 1 to 1.5 hours!
In the time remaining, we’ll redouble our efforts to polish the final details, focusing on completing the last adjustments to audiovisual effects and optimizing the pacing of the cutscenes.
Thank you once again for your unwavering patience and continued enthusiastic support! See you next week.
