This update introduces a redesigned shop, the new Shooting Star Cam, an expanded Prestige Tree, some visual polish, and a collection of fixes and quality-of-life improvements.
Gameplay & Balancing
- Reworked the shop from a full-screen tree into a sidebar that doesn't interrupt game flow. Moved many former shop upgrades to the prestige tree.
- Added two new unlockable trails, complete with their own unique milestones.
- Slightly increased the default and maximum camera zoom.
- Added Shooting Star Cam: click a star to follow it through space and track its multiplier.
Interface
- Added hover and selection markers for shooting stars and celestial bodies, including new sound effects.
- Improved obstacle selection and movement behavior.
- Made tooltip pinning faster and replaced its small progress circle with a clearer animated frame.
- Added a setting for adjusting the random-wear visual effect.
Visuals & Audio
- Space Cat can now become sleepy when nothing happens for a while.
- Added paws, new expressions and animations.
- Updated app icon.
- Improved several UI colors, sprites, effects, and layout details.
Fixes
- Fixed tooltips sometimes failing to open after quickly leaving an already pinned tooltip.
- Improved save compatibility when content changes or referenced game data is missing.
