Thank you all for your patient waiting! After countless days and nights of polishing and debugging, the first closed beta test of Spirit Exorcist Taoist Priest is finally here. We are truly grateful for your unwavering support throughout this long wait and your tolerance as we refined the game. Your eager anticipation has been our greatest motivation to keep pushing forward.
This beta test is designed to validate our core spirit-exorcising gameplay and gather authentic feedback from players, allowing us to perfect the overall gaming experience.
We have sorted out all key test arrangements below—please read them carefully!
I. Test Schedule
Server Launch Time: 00:00, June 16, 2026
Reminder: Unscheduled server downtime and patch maintenance may occur during testing. All temporary shutdown and update notifications will be posted to the official game community feeds promptly, so stay tuned!
II. Unlockable Game Content
This is a wiped beta test. All character data and progression will be fully erased once testing concludes and will not carry over to the official live servers.
Main Story: The complete Chapter 1 main storyline is available. Step into the spirit realm and experience the unique oriental fantasy charm of exorcising ghosts and vanquishing evil firsthand.
Four Unique Classes: All four starting Taoist Priest classes—Azure Cloud, Leisure Wind, Swift Gale, and Plain Word—are fully unlocked. Each class boasts distinct combat roles including damage dealer, healer, assassin, and tank defender. More brand-new characters will be introduced in future tests, so stay tuned!
III. Critical Test Guidelines
Test Access: Download the Demo version directly from the Steam store page to enter the game.
Data Wipe Notice: This is a wiped test. All character data and gameplay progress will be completely deleted after testing ends and will not be retained for official servers.
