Patch Notes
Hey shopkeepers! It is only day two and we are not stepping away from the counter. A bunch of what you reported is already fixed, so here is today's package.
New Stuff
- The key binding system got a full rework, both visually and functionally. You can now bind any key to any action. Before this you could not bind sprint to a mouse button, for example, and that limit is gone now.
- The level cap has been removed. Level up as much as you want.
- A new skill branch has been added. It speeds you up while placing items with the mouse held down: level 1 costs 1 skill point for +100%, level 2 costs 2 points for +200%, level 3 costs 4 points for +300%. Skills and systems for automatic placement are coming later, and this branch is here to stay.
- While buying products, you can now Shift + left click the increase button to go up by 10 at a time. Bulk buying is much faster now.
- Steam Cloud is now active! Your saves are stored on Steam Cloud and sync across your devices.
Fixes
- Fixed the broom disappearing for good when you went to sleep and quit the game while holding it.
- Fixed the tutorial never showing up again if you quit halfway through it. It now picks up right where you left off.
Changes and Improvements
- Customers took way too long to show up at the start of the day. They now arrive 100% faster during the first 30 seconds, practically racing each other to buy your stuff. We also had a word with them about walking in from the far castle entrances, so they now only come from the ones closest to you. They were keeping you waiting for no reason, and that sluggish start of the day should be sorted out now.
- The skill interface has been improved. Required points are now clearly visible, upgradeable skills show their level without hovering, and the missing icons have been filled in.
Keep the reports and suggestions coming, we read all of them and, as you can see, we write all of them down. Now get back behind that counter!
