Today, Stay: Emberās Desktop Adventures officially launches on Steam!
We want to thank everyone who has followed the game, added it to their wishlist, shared their excitement, and supported us on the road to launch.
We made this game because we loved the idea of bringing Ember out of her world and letting her hang out with you right on your desktop. We are incredibly excited that players can finally meet her today.
As more of you begin playing, we will be listening closely to your feedback, suggestions, and bug reports as we continue improving the game.
Thank you for being here at the very beginning and for welcoming Ember onto your desktop.

The "Nature Calls" UpdateShe'll need to go a couple of times a day, morning ad evening local time, and a few minutes after you feed her a treat. You'll get a warning when she starts sniffing around for a good spot. Cleaning up after her is your job: drag the magical nugget to your actual Windows Recycle Bin. Or you can be rude and just fling it offscreen. Every so often, really rarely, Ember will produce a golden nuggeā¦The Booping UpdateYou asked. Ember listened (mostly). You can now boop the snoot. This has been one of the most-requested features since launch, from the community and from our own team (some of whom may have delayed other work to make sure the boop felt right). Ember has a bunch of different reactions to being booped, depending on her mood. Booping is highly encouraged. Overbooping is between you and Ember.
