Project: Aftershock Programming Fest Update

Tutorial Overhaul: Completely reworked the mission briefing with clearer explanations and color-coded terms across all 43 languages. The game and timers now properly stay paused while the tutorial is open.
Visual Polish: Removed aggressive screen shaking and distortion on death/glitch triggers while keeping the CRT curvature intact.
UI Improvements: General layout polish, font adjustments, and minor bug fixes across various menus.
