The 1st Ignite Server transfer period is now open,
allowing eligible players to move their characters from the Ignite Server to the main servers, (NA) Heaven’s Reach or (EU) Cinderlands.
Once you have completed your Ignite Missions and reached Level 75, we strongly recommend proceeding with your transfer as soon as you are ready!
This is because items left in your Ignite Server inventory will not carry over during transfer, moving to the main servers early helps ensure that your future rewards, dungeon drops, and progression items are earned permanently on the character you will continue playing.
The sooner you transfer, the sooner your progress can fully count toward your long-term journey on the main servers.
Event Cards will be sent to the transferred character’s mailbox once the transfer is completed, so please make sure to check your mail after arriving on the main server.
Graduation Support Rewards
After successfully transferring from the Ignite Server to the normal servers, eligible characters will receive a set amount of support rewards to help them continue progressing on the main servers. This includes helpful items such as Insignias and Portraits, giving transferred players a strong starting point after graduating from the Ignite Server.
These transfer rewards are intended to help all Ignite Server graduates begin their next step on more equal footing. From there, players can continue playing normally on (NA) Heaven’s Reach or (EU) Cinderlands, to progress and earn rewards that remain with their character, to keep building toward the next level of power.
The Booster Master Emblem will be awarded to your account through the [Settlement Support Box] for those of you who have the Boost Leaper Coin
The Transfer Rewards also include an item that you may use to purchase the Booster Leap Chest that contains, Portrait Chest (Bond), Insignia, Pysches, and XP charms. This particular box also includes a ticket that is used to purchase a Selector Legendary Skill Book Chest
What about Growth Pass Rewards?
We understand that some of you may be wondering what happens to your pre-registration rewards such as the outfit that you selected. How do we make sure to bring it along with us to the normal server since currently we cannot store it in the Wardrobe?
We are aware of this situation and would like to recommend that you simply wear the pre-registration cosmetic rewards on your character when transferring to normal servers
If players had forgotten to do so and had lost their outfits during transfers we will also accommodate with restoration via official support tickets!
What about Extra Materials to Support Ignite Server Progression?
We understand the request for more Ductile Stones, gold, and enhancement materials, and the team did review the concern seriously. However, the Ignite Server is designed to run for several weeks, not to be fully completed within the first few days, so we do not want to add extra support only to help players rush the finish line in Week 1.
Based on the current event structure, players are expected to have enough time and materials to progress and transfer before the Ignite Server period ends.
If players are still struggling in the later weeks, we can review whether additional support is truly needed.
