Quick hotfix from J4 for some Discord SDK issues!

Fixes:

- Discord Rich Presence will not initialize on headlesses (reported by Bredo in #6886, fixed by J4)
- Downgraded Discord RPC library due to a null pointer exception bug (fixed by J4)
