Guild Expansion, Additional Localizations, and QOL Improvements (7/12/2026)

The guild expansion has arrived! Guilds now run weekly Guild Trials: cooperative skilling and combat challenges where the whole guild climbs tiers of increasing difficulty together. Trials use a snapshot of your chosen loadout and run alongside your regular actions, so participating never interrupts your progress or uses up your supplies. Clearing tiers earns Guild Points for the guild and Guild Tokens for yourself, and when all trials finish for the week, every member receives bonus tokens based on the guild's overall progress.Guild Points can be spent on 23 guild buildings and 5 shrines. Buildings expand member capacity, boost trial rewards, and strengthen members during trials, while shrines unlock Shrine Buffs, which are permanent personal buffs purchased with Guild Tokens and Guild Credits. Guild Credits are earned by exchanging items with your guild, and those exchanges also unlock guild icons as your guild's lifetime totals grow. The update also adds guild types (Casual, Standard, and Ironcow), public guild profiles with applications, a member contributions view, new guild leaderboard categories, and leadership claiming for guilds with inactive leaders. Check out the new Guild tab in the Game Guide for all the details. In other news, the game is now officially available in 7 additional languages: Español, Français, Português, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어, and Русский. Every language went through extensive review with feedback from native speakers and players, and we want to thank everyone who contributed. Chat has better language support too: the new Chat Translation feature can automatically translate chat messages into your language, General chat has been renamed to Global alongside a new English language channel, and you can now join a second language channel. This update also includes a number of QOL improvements. You can now reorder queued actions and loadouts with drag-and-drop, customize the order of the navigation menu, and track per-skill experience in the Loot & XP Log (previously the Loot Tracker). The Cowbell Store has some new additions as well, including two new cosmetic types (Avatar Backgrounds and Avatar Borders), equipment-themed avatar outfits, and the option to exchange Supporter Points for Cowbells.

Patch Notes

Guilds:

  1. Guild Trials: weekly cooperative challenges for the whole guild.

    1. Each week your guild receives 4 random skilling trials and 2 random combat trials. The guild week resets every Friday at 00:00 UTC.

    2. Each member can sign up for one skilling and one combat trial. Trials start automatically at the scheduled time (skilling first, then combat), each lasting up to an hour.

    3. Trials run alongside your regular actions without interrupting them, using a snapshot of your selected loadout. No consumables are used.

    4. Trials climb tiers starting at level 100, with each tier 10 levels higher and progressively harder, up to level 300.

    5. Combat trials feature 5 encounter types: Badger, Chameleon, Jellyfish, Hedgehog, and Swarm. Difficulty scales with the number of participants.

    6. Clearing tiers earns Guild Points for the guild and Guild Tokens for participants. When all trials finish, every eligible member receives bonus Guild Tokens based on the guild's overall trial progress.

  2. Guild Buildings: 23 buildings upgradable with Guild Points, up to level 20 each.

    1. Guild Hall increases max members. Builder's Hall, Treasury, and Archives boost Guild Points, Guild Token rewards, and Guild Experience.

    2. Skilling and Combat Encampments add trial sign-up slots.

    3. 17 trial buildings boost members' skills and combat attributes during your guild's trials.

  3. Shrines and Shrine Buffs:

    1. 5 shrines (Force, Tempo, Spirit, Rarity, Scholar), each unlocking one skilling and one combat buff. Each shrine level raises the max level of its buffs.

    2. Shrine buffs are permanent personal buffs purchased in the Guild Shop with Guild Tokens and Guild Credits. Refunding a level returns 80% of its cost.

    3. Buff levels stay with your character, but are capped by your current guild's shrine levels and inactive without a guild.

  4. Guild Credits: exchange items for 8 colors of Guild Credits in the Guild Shop, each color converted from a different item category (skilling resources, combat materials, consumables, essences, equipment, rare items, and more).

  5. Guild Icons: exchanged items also unlock guild icons. An item's icon unlocks at 1,000 exchanged and gains glow colors at 10K, 100K, and beyond. The leader can set the guild's icon for 100 Guild Points or rename the guild for 5,000 Guild Points.

  6. Guild Types: guilds are Casual by default and can recruit players of any game mode. The leader can permanently commit to the Standard or Ironcow type, restricting recruitment to matching characters and increasing the Guild Hall bonus from 2 to 5 member slots per level.

  7. Guild Applications: guilds now have public profiles with a recruitment message, minimum Total Level requirement, and optional auto-accept. Players can apply directly from a guild's profile.

  8. Members tab: new Contributions view showing each member's guild XP, weekly XP, trial sign-ups, and trial tiers cleared.

  9. Guilds leaderboard: new Buildings, Shrines, and Guild Points categories.

  10. Leadership: if the guild leader has been inactive for 30+ days, the next member in line can claim leadership.

  11. View the Guild tab in the Game Guide for more details.

Cowbell Store:

  1. New cosmetic types: Avatar Backgrounds and Avatar Borders, displayed behind and around your avatar. The first of each is available in the Cowbell Store, purchasable with Cowbells or Supporter Points.

  2. Added 7 equipment-themed avatar outfits to the Cowbell Store.

  3. Added the Labyrinth chat icon to the Cowbell Store.

  4. Supporter Points can now be exchanged for Cowbells in the Cowbell Store: 10 points for a Cowbell, or 200 points for a tradable Bag Of 10 Cowbells.

Localization:

  1. The game is now available in 7 additional languages: Español, Français, Português, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어, and Русский. Thanks to all the players who contributed translation feedback!

Chat:

  1. Chat Translation: chat messages can now be automatically translated into your language. Set your translation language in Settings -> Chat, and mark languages you understand to leave them untranslated.

  2. Renamed General chat to Global and added an English language channel.

  3. You can now join a second language channel.

  4. Chat settings moved to their own tab in Settings.

QOL:

  1. Reorder queued actions with drag-and-drop.

  2. Reorder loadouts with drag-and-drop.

  3. Customize the order of the navigation menu in Settings -> Game -> Navigation Menu.

  4. The Loot Tracker is now the Loot & XP Log and tracks experience gained per skill alongside loot.
