My inspiration for the design direction I was going for was her original outfit but more mermaid style I will describe mer-meow eddie

Decided to draw Eddie to look like a Pokemon that she once said she "really" liked! Now that she's in water, she's gained some extra speed with that tail! Hope it doesn't make Eiona jealous
After she decided to change to a water type, she wanted to learn Razor Shell! Had to make her forget Slash. No worries though, now she's got high special defense, Hydration as an ability, and still knows Captivate, Charm, and Attract so she should still be to keep and deal with any naughty senpai trainer!
