Hi everyone!
First of all, thank you for playing Corner Market and sharing your feedback. Your bug reports, suggestions, reviews, and discussions have helped me understand what the game needs next.
Today, I'm happy to share the current roadmap for Corner Market!
My first priority is making the game more stable and enjoyable.
This update will focus on:
I want to make sure the core experience feels reliable and smooth before moving on to larger features.
After that, I want to make Corner Market feel more connected to the Steam community.
I'm planning:
I'll also look into Steam Trading Cards, depending on the game's eligibility and Steam's approval.
I can't promise the friends' store visits yet, but it's something I would love to explore during development.
The Renovation Update will expand the creative and late-game sides of Corner Market.
I'm planning:
The goal is to give you more ways to personalize your market while adding meaningful objectives for long-term players.
Streamer Mode will be a small, optional, and experimental feature made for livestreams.
I'm keeping the first version focused and limited. The beta will help me understand what works for both streamers and viewers before deciding whether to expand it further.
Okay, here we go. The final milestone is Version 1.0 and macOS support.
Bringing Corner Market to macOS will not be a simple update. The game was originally built around Windows, so making sure everything works properly on macOS will require a lot of careful work, testing, and platform-specific fixes.
I don't want to release a version that merely opens and technically runs. My goal is for the macOS version to feel just as stable, smooth, and reliable as the Windows version.
That means taking the time to properly test:
It will probably be one of the most demanding updates on this roadmap, but I believe it will be worth the effort.
When the macOS version is ready, I want Mac players to feel that they received the complete Corner Market experience, not a rushed port.
This roadmap represents my current plans, but some details may change depending on development, testing, and your feedback.
I would rather adjust a feature than release something that doesn't feel ready.
Thank you for being part of Corner Market and supporting the game. I'm excited to keep improving it with you!
