Hello chefs,

Today we finally get to share our new creation with you: Mayhem À La Carte, our co-op cooking shooter.

The idea sounds a little crazy. It sounded crazy to us too.

But when we started prototyping it, something clicked. The pressure of preparing orders, cooperation between players, and the chaos of defending a kitchen worked surprisingly well together.

And once we accepted that the concept didn't need to make much sense in the real world, things got even more interesting.

What else can food be used for? What ridiculous things can happen in a kitchen? How far can we push the chaos without losing the cooking game underneath it?

That's the game we're building now.

But getting the balance between order and chaos right is going to be important. Players need to understand what is happening, learn how to work together, and gradually become a good kitchen crew – while the game keeps finding new ways to destroy their plans.

This is where we want your help.

Over the coming months, we'll share more about the game and the decisions we're making. We'll listen to your ideas, suggestions, and criticism, and when the game is ready for it, we'll start inviting limited groups of players into playtests so we can iterate on the gameplay hands-on.

Later, Early Access will open that process to a much larger community.

Over the last three years, we've learned a lot about developing a game together with its players through updates, feedback, and direct communication.

We want to continue that approach with Mayhem from the very beginning.

Welcome to our kitchen.
