AI Fixes
- Removed AI's "X-ray vision" when using Hatchet or Arson unless it's in "Handicap mode" (losing by more than 3 cards).
- AI will always be delivered Arson when in Handicap mode.
Utility RNG Fixes
- Utility RNG will default to Spyglass if it attempts to deliver a 3rd Hatchet. (Both players.)
- Utility RNG will default to either Hatchet or Arson if it attempts to deliver a 3rd Spyglass. (Both players.)

- Cool vignette appears when using the Spyglass.
