Grimmjow has a Triggered Boost technique, allowing him to strengthen his Special Move when it is activated after his third strong attack. Unleashing the boosted Special Move resets the cooldown of his strong attacks and upgrades all of his strong attacks to superior strong attacks for one minute.
Grimmjow can also inflict Lacerate+ with all of his attacks, allowing him to prevent his enemies from using their strong attacks while dealing continuous damage.
Grimmjow possesses the new skill "Greater Status Ailment Chance Against Arrancars +20%," which doubles the 10% effect value of existing "Increased Status Ailment Chance Against Affiliations" skills, making it easier for him to inflict status ailments on enemies.
Additionally, his third strong attack hits all enemies on the screen while placing a Lacerate+ trap, making it easier to inflict enemies with Lacerate+.
He possesses the extremely powerful skills "Frenzy +4" and "Bombardment +2," as well as many skills that activate when enemies are inflicted with status ailments, such as "Status Ailment Spiritual Pressure Boost +100%" and "Damage to Lacerated Enemies +100%," allowing him to deal devastating damage with his strong attacks and Special Move.
On top of his two Soul Traits, "Strong attack damage +20%" and "Strong attack recharge time -12%," Grimmjow can share the high-value EX Skill "EX Berserker +35%" if he is used in the first link slot, making him highly effective as a character link for strong attack-focused characters.
Grimmjow has Espada Killer+, a resistance to all "+" type status ailments thanks to Complete Status Immunity 200%, and "Poise Break (Except Brave Battles)," which is effective against enemies with Poise, ensuring he can excel in high-difficulty quests such as Guild Quests with Espada Killer and increased melee damage rules.

Ulquiorra possesses many powerful skills, including the new "Frenzy +4," as well as "Bombardment +2," "Status Ailment Spiritual Pressure Boost +100%," and "Damage inflicted at full STA +50%," allowing him to deal devastating damage with his strong attacks and Special Move.
Ulquiorra can inflict Drain+ with all of his attacks, allowing him to steal his enemies' Stamina for himself while sealing away their ability to inflict status ailments.
He also possesses the new skill "Greater Status Ailment Chance Against Arrancars +20%," which doubles the 10% effect value of standard status ailment chance skills. Combined with the newly introduced minor homing vortex on his first strong attack, it is much easier for him to inflict status ailments on enemies. This ensures that he can constantly maintain the Stamina level required for his multiple full Stamina-based skills.
His second and third strong attacks are superior strong attacks, with his third strong attack being a high-damage, two-stage charged attack. Additionally, he can unleash a powerful attack across the entire screen with his EX Move "Attack All Enemies." This EX Move is exceptionally powerful and has a short cooldown time of 50 seconds, allowing for quick rotations and enabling him to deal damage more efficiently.
On top of his two Soul Traits, "(Full Stamina Only) Damage Inflicted +20%" and "Strong attack recharge time -12%," Ulquiorra can share the high-value EX Skill "EX Damage inflicted at full STA +30%" if he is used in the first link slot. This makes him an excellent choice for a strong attack-based character's link slot.
Ulquiorra has Arrancar Killer+, a resistance to all status ailments+ thanks to Complete Status Immunity 200%, and "Poise Break (Except Brave Battles)", which is effective against enemies with Poise. This makes him immensely valuable in difficult quests such as Guild Quests and Limit Breaker Quests, especially those with Arrancar Killer and increased ranged damage rules.
