Added Custom Protocol, a game mode for making your own custom challenges. Note: there aren’t any local or global leaderboards for Custom Protocol, just the score at the end of a game
Disabling Restrictions gets marked on leaderboards, similar to how enabling certain difficulty options gets your score marked. Disabling all restrictions causes global score not to be shown
Forgiving difficulty scores aren't shown. It's baby mode, so players shouldn't be rewarded for playing with it on
Added more ORCA lines. For example, now ORCA will have things to say upon imposing restrictions and withdrawing restrictions.
Fixed certain Directives being wrong or broken
Made Daily Directive descriptions all caps to keep in theme with the rest of the UI
