Hello, everyone. This is Sudden Attack Zero Point.

An error has been identified in the distribution of the Event Crates that were exchanged using 10 raffle tickets among the rewards of the Final CBT Black Market Raffle Ticket Event, where fewer Crates were distributed than the quantity players had actually reserved.

▣ Confirmed Issue

All eligible players who selected two or more Crates of the same type received only one Event Crate each.

▣ Re-distribution Notice

We have additionally distributed the shortfall, excluding the one Crate that had already been distributed from the reserved quantity.

You can check the distributed rewards in the notification list when you log in to the game.

We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused, and we will repay you with an even more stable service.
