fixed a bug that caused the amount of dust on the map to decrease over time
reduced dust opacity
fixed a bug that prevented starting a new game after loading an existing save
added smoke effects for train accidents
added steam effects for steam locomotives
added expense and income indicators
added business and city upgrade indicators
improved the business upgrade system
made minor changes to the credits
fixed decoration order on Linux systems
added Places — you can now save locations on the map to a list
added display of trains' last known locations when loading a game
increased the volume of building sounds
removed the annoying warning shown when saving the game
fixed an issue that prevented the game from being loaded in some rare cases
fixed a bug that could cause the camera to shake erratically when placing a train again
