Warrior Architects Update — New Workshop Custom Building Appearance Feature

On August 19, 2026, Warrior Architects received a new Steam Workshop feature: Custom Building Appearance.

Players can now customize the appearance of buildings by creating their own building sprites, allowing buildings in the game to have different visual styles.

Step 1 — Prepare Your Custom Building Sprite

In the following folder:
you can find:BuildingSpriteCustom.png，Copy this PNG file and edit the building sprites inside it using your preferred image editing software.

After finishing your custom building designs, place the modified png back into the same folder.

Step 2 — Open the Custom Sprite Menu

Next, launch the game.

In the bottom-left corner of the screen, there is a clothing icon.

Click this button to open the Custom Sprite interface.

Step 3 — Open the Custom Building Interface

After entering the Custom Sprite interface, you will see a building icon at the top.

Click the building icon to enter the Custom Building interface.

Step 4 — Select Your Custom Buildings

After entering the Custom Building interface, the game will automatically load the custom building sprites from:

You can select the custom buildings by checking the corresponding options.

After selecting a custom building style, Custom will appear in the building style indicator in the upper-right corner.

When you enter a campaign, the buildings will use the custom building style you selected.

If you want to remove the custom building style and return to the default appearance, click Reset to Default.

The building style will then be restored to the game's default style.
