Notice: Issues After the 7/9 Update and Concurrent Player Milestone Reward

Hello, this is Project Moon.

As mentioned in our previous notice, we would like to provide additional information regarding the error pop-ups occurring during gameplay, as well as other known issues that have since been confirmed.

Please refer below for more information.

1. Issue Cause
- Although our servers had been prepared to handle traffic up to approximately 150% of the previous maximum capacity,
- A sudden influx of traffic exceeded the limit and caused temporary connection issues.

2. Measures Taken
- To reduce server load, we have gradually applied temporary limits to incoming requests as an emergency measure.
- Game service has now stabilized and should be available without issue.
- We will continue improving our server and traffic-handling capacity to handle sudden request spikes so that the game remains serviceable even when the traffic exceeds our expectations.

▶ (EN Only) An issue where the "Dawn Office Fixer Faust" Keyword "Loneliness at High Noon" has an incorrect description
→ Relevant effect: On Use: Consume up to 100 Scorchfield and deal +1% damage for every Scorchfield consumed (max 150%)
※ The actual effect is "deal +1.5% damage for every Scorchfield consumed (max 150%)", and the Keyword is behaving as intended. Only the description is incorrect.

▶ An issue where a certain effect on the E.G.O Gift "Wing-shaped Waxen Candle" would activate even when the conditions are not met
→ Relevant effect: Combat Start: Dawn Office Fixer Sinclair heals 10 SP

▶ An issue where "Solemn Lament Yi Sang" E.G.O Awakening Skill's SFX would not stop playing even when all the enemies are defeated mid-skill cutscene

▶ (KR Only) Typos in certain Identities' flavor texts

▶ An issue where, if the user forfeits a stage simultaneously as it ends, the selected Announcers' defeat voicelines would play over one another
