Workshop Update #01

Hey everyone!

We've been quietly rebuilding and expanding a big part of the game's core systems over the last months, and we wanted to finally show some of the stuff we've been working on.

Most of these visuals are still heavily work-in-progress, but the overall direction is starting to come together nicely. New production machines, expanded areas, updated crafting mechanics, environmental polish, weird experiments and a few questionable design decisions are currently cooking in the lab.
Here's a small look at what we've been building lately.

NEIGHBORHOOD

The neighborhood is getting larger, cleaner and a little less empty.

JUNKYARD

The Junkyard is becoming one of the core parts of the gameplay loop.

We're currently experimenting with new minigames and mechanics connected directly to progression and crafting systems.

LAB

The lab is now bigger, more open and expandable, giving you more space for machines, experiments and future chaos.

-New Machines-

THE CRUSHER

Turns random junk into usable raw materials.

Press Machine

Used for creating intermediate components from processed materials. Basically the machine that makes other machines possible.

Crafting Station

The Crafting Station has been redesigned from scratch with updated visuals and a more interactive crafting minigame.

??? Machine

This machine automatically sells inventions through portal technology.

We still have no idea what to call it.

Feel free to drop name suggestions.

DOG

We added a dog.

lo siento

There's still a lot of work ahead, but we're finally reaching the point where we can start showing more of what we've been building.

Thanks for following the project and supporting the madness.
