Since the launch of Boba Cafe Simulator, we has been keeping a close eye on your feedback and continuously working to improve the game.
Thank you so much to every Manager who has shared suggestions, reported issues, and supported us with your patience and enthusiasm. ❤️
As the game continues to grow, we has put together our current post-launch roadmap to give you a look at what we're working on next!
Please note: This roadmap mainly highlights the major features currently in development. More improvements, bug fixes, and smaller adjustments will continue to be added based on our development progress and your feedback.
🧋 Version 2.0｜September
Version 2.0 will introduce a new batch of management features to make running your boba shop even more varied and engaging.
- Customer Patience System
You’ll be able to freely turn the Customer Patience system on or off!
Want a more relaxed shop management experience? Turn it off.
Looking for a little more pressure and challenge? Turn it on and see if you can keep up with impatient customers! 👀
- New Fish Collection and Fish Traps
- New Chicken Raising gameplay and additional resources
- Limited-time Mid-Autumn Mooncake Milk Tea
- More shop management and daily operation improvements
🏪 Version 3.0｜December
Version 3.0 will further expand the shop management, progression, customization, and multiplayer experience.

- More complete shop progression and finance systems
- More management equipment and machines
- Improvements to inventory, orders, and purchasing systems
- More fishing and resource-related gameplay
- 200+ new furniture items** and more decoration options
- Freely decorate your warehouse
- More detailed and flexible customization tools
- More multiplayer and daily operation improvements
We will also continue adding automation features to help our Cafe Managers do a little less work.
In the future, you’ll be able to leave some of the daily tasks to your employees and focus on decorating your shop...

🔧 We’re Still Working on Improvements!
Beyond the major version updates, we’ll continue making improvements based on your feedback, including:
Shop management, inventory, order processing, multiplayer experience, NPC and customer behavior, and all those little things that make you think, “This could definitely be better.”
Some features may not appear on the roadmap yet, but that doesn’t mean Bingbao hasn’t seen your suggestions.
Every idea shared by our Cafe Managers in the community is carefully recorded and evaluated by the team.
