Greetings, Captains!

The game has been in development for a year and a half now. During this time, we have held two playtests, gathered our first feedback, made a number of improvements, and, like any creators, worried about our creation and what it is becoming. Today, we are finally excited and a little nervous to announce that the demo version of our game is now available for everyone to play.

Tutorial

One of the most important parts of the game that has gone through several iterations is the tutorial. Our goal was to better explain what the game has to offer and make the player's introduction to the game smoother. The latest version of the tutorial showed positive results during the playtest, so we continued developing this approach further, and we hope that the current version will cover everything players need to know to comfortably begin their journey.

Starting Ship Type

Variety and flexibility are among the key principles we rely on when developing the game. It is very important to us that players with different playstyles can find something that suits them and helps them immerse themselves in the game through the way they prefer to play. Because of this, when choosing your Captain, you can now also select the type of your starting ship. Balanced is a good choice for your first run. Combat is perfect for players who want more action. Trading is designed for long-distance travel, peaceful trading, and deliveries. In the future, other ship hulls available for purchase will also have their own types designed around different playstyles.

Right now, we are fully focused on completing development, and the full release will bring much more content - more enemies, stations, story content, random events, as well as some new mechanics that are not featured in the demo version. So stay with us, and remember - your feedback helps us make the game better. We hope you enjoy the game and immerse yourself in its world!
