fixes:

fix: forcing may to finish interaction when an event starts, to make sure she doesn't get stuck in interaction after event

improvements:

setting zojiro to not use meatshrooms for cooking since he was hogging them all
made it possible to reach chestnut from town hall with speed wheel as an alternative to the intended method
made waterfall rubble dialog work even when bea is not in mine
more streetlights on west side, working toward total coverage
hard edge on tater spotlight
lots of improvements to lights
fence on top of shelter
added backup saves on the (in-game) hour to mitigate any possible future save game corruption
turning off rain when inside and clock isn't fast forwarding so it stops raining inside buildings
made chance mansion brighter at night
