Employees System Update & New Languages

Hello merchants!

First of all, thank you for all your feedback and continued support - it truly helps us shape the game in the right direction.

We’ve been working on the next major update, focusing on improving automation, usability, and overall gameplay flow. Here’s what you can expect:

Employee System

The most anticipated update is here!

Employees can now take over repetitive tasks such as restocking shelves or managing deliveries, allowing you to focus on expanding your business and optimizing profits. You can hire employees via shop book - the same where you buy items.

There are 3 different employees you can hire:

Restocker

The Restocker is responsible for keeping your shelves filled with items from delivery boxes.

  • Picks up available delivery boxes that are not blocked by the player

  • Searches for valid shelves/containers that can accept items from the box

  • Moves to the target container and places items one by one

If you need some boxes to be in specific area and don't want restocker to grab them, you can block those boxes, preventing the restocker from interacting with them.

Worried about making too much mess with the leftover boxes? This guy leaves no mess - he will throw away all the empty boxes he used.

Box Opener

The Opener handles delivery flow by unpacking incoming boxes.

  • Picks up closed delivery boxes

  • Transports them to a designated drop point / rack

  • Locks usage of the opening table until he goes for a break

Cashier

The Cashier is responsible for handling customers and sales.

  • Takes over interactions with customers at the counter

  • Processes transactions automatically

  • Allows continuous sales without player input

The result is a fully automated selling loop, letting you focus on expansion and logistics instead of micromanagement.

Player Control

Workers needs to rest from time to time, however you have direct control over employee behavior:

  • You can force employees to rest at any time

  • Workers regenerate stamina while resting

  • Once fully recovered, they return to work automatically (unless forced to stay idle)

Additionally:

  • You can manually block boxes to control restocking flow

  • You can give tips to employees to instantly restore stamina

New Languages

We’re adding support for several new languages to make the game more accessible to players around the world.

This will allow more merchants to enjoy the experience in their native language and better understand the game systems.

That includes:

  • Norwegian

  • Swedish

  • Thai

  • Romanian

  • Czech

  • Hungarian

What’s Next

We’re continuing to expand the game with new systems and content, focusing on deeper management mechanics and more ways to grow your business.

More updates are already in development, and we’re excited to share them with you soon.

Thank you again for playing and supporting the game - it really means a lot.

See you in the next update!
