feature test build 1.1

note that this build is ONLY on the "feature-test" branch, which is publicly available, but is not the default branch. You will need to switch to the "feature-test" branch in the Steam Client to use it.

fixes:

• async scene loading (should fix freeze when going to credits / save and quit after long sessions)

• framerate limiting (should fix wildly fluctuating framerates and overheating graphics cards)
