Fixed various Windowed mode resizing, aspect ratio, black bars, GUI misalignment and resetting-after-prestige issues, hopefully for good. This should also fix the related Linux and Steam Deck issues.
Nerfed Flamelords a bit more. It's 2x damage now instead of 3x. And increased CD by 4 seconds. More might follow after tomorrow when I will take a better look at overall DPS picture in the late game, in order to buff all the other units that need a buff, so that Flamelords aren't the only dominant choice.
