Another smaller update to fix some issues found! Here's everything:

-Fixed visual bug on torches outside Telles
-Fixed softlock that could occur during "Server's Life" quest
-Modified Kylie's text during "Server's Life" quest to better clarify information
-Fixed issue with Via being present in Kelver Mansion when she shouldn't be
-Fixed potential softlock that could occur during "True Weakness" quest
-Fixed issue where players might be unable to enter the Control Facility
-Added 10 new Figurines to collect via Lucky Spheres part of "Series 2" for a total of 30 now.
