Greetings Hikers!

We're super excited to present our FIRST major content update with you all! (Available for all players who've purchased our game.)

Our Mariner update contains the following:

Kayaks & Motorboats.
New Crafted Fishing Rod, 3 new lures & 2 bait options to catch various fish.
New fresh water inspired cooking recipes.
Craftable add-ons like additional storage and more for your Kayak / Motorboat.
New islands to discover & explore.
Scuba diving gear. Hold your breath longer, swim fast and see clearer.
A new POI with a unique challenge waiting inside (SUMMER & FALL)
New clothing to customize your character.
New Badges with unique unlockables behind them.
Bug fixes, QOL adjustments and further loot balance.

We will be available to engage, answer questions, collect feedback and quickly come up with Hot Fixes if need be after release. This is a reminder that as a small team of just 6, we have done 27+ patches, hundreds of bug fixes, QOL adjustments, improved performance across the board and we've only just begun. This is one of three major content updates we plan to introduce outside of regular patches to address bugs, performance and QOL changes.After ensuring Mariner is in stable condition we will be doing a full audit of all the feedback we have currently collected as well as feedback from Mariner. Our goal is and will always be to develop a fun, enjoyable & engaging experience based on our players feedback as well as our vision for Gold River. This is exactly how we will continue to do just that.

Partial controller support added!

This is the first iteration of our controller support, we made some huge breakthroughs lately and worked some long hours to ensure we got this in for this update :) (Thank you Bobby)
