IMPROVEMENTS:
"Woofing at Pups" and "Target Packmate!" notifications are now Common Notifications (and so will not display when Common Notifications are hidden in Game Settings).
Refinements to wolf jumping IK when running.
Show notification about connection issues in Russia if File Sync process stalls and Russian is selected for language or MP region.
Added timer to cancel process if downloading files during File Sync stalls due to poor connection.
Added new notification when trying to register or login but account system did not initialize.
Added more debug data collection in bug reports for keyboard binding/inputs and in-game collaring settings.
BUGS FIXED:
In-game collaring sometimes can collar a player-wolf when that is disabled in Game Settings.
"Changing MP region" notification can stall the game when entering Setup New Game panel.
Some bison carcasses "inflate" a bit while being consumed.
Some floating scents are not displaying the source pack/herd name.
If you join a rival pack as a male wolf, after the female pack leader becomes pregnant, the pups will have weight of 0 lb/kg when born.
Occasionally a wolf gains a collar briefly when dying.
Additional fix for rare bug where player wolf is age 0 in the game save and there is no wolfsav file with correct date.
