Improvements & Fixes

Elites and bosses now drop more loot.
Added a new Select level button on the Level Selection popup to make it faster when playing with mouse.
Now the player has a short period of time to collect gems when defeating an elite or boss.
Now the player can dash while standing still.
Final boss now has more health to make it a little bit harder.
Various minor fixes and overall improvements.
