UX Improvements: Red Dot Logic + Translations

• Clothing tab red dots now clear all at once when you leave the tab — no more hovering each item individually

• Simplified Chinese translation fixes

Performance: 5-Second Stutter Fix + Input Engine Rewrite

• Fixed the 5-second stutter: Steam stats sync now runs after frame render, routine logs no longer collect stack traces

• Global input engine rewrite: switched from LL Hook to polling, fixing interference with other games, anti-cheat blocking, and key failures in exclusive fullscreen

• Fixed QuickMenu triggering when mouse is outside the game window

Bug Fixes: Cloud Save + Inventory Display

• Fixed cloud save settings: saves are now properly preserved in the cloud

• Character wearing clothes not in inventory on game start

• Crafting slot displaying duplicate items in two cells

• Random outfit / clothing set wear losing data on force quit

• New player initial save being polluted by dev test values, showing unowned clothes as "currently equipped"

• Added save .bak fallback to prevent antivirus / cloud sync race conditions from misidentifying existing players as new and wiping saves
