Rolodex Issue

It turns out (no pun intended) that the only way to sort through your Rolodex was to use the mouse scroll wheel, with no on-screen indication of how to do this. I have added two additional buttons to the rolodex screen, so you can also click those to sort through team members.

You can now see "Prior Page" and "Next Page" right there on the screen so new players don't have to guess at what to do here...
