It has been a while and I have been very busy with life, but I have been working on this update an hour at a time when I can.

New "Rocked" State

In 3.66 there is a new "Rocked" state. (Blue Stars over the head)

When Rocked a boxer is much easier to hit and injure, similar to when "Feinted"

NEW PERKS

There are 5 new perks, that when active have a chance to inflict the "Rocked" state. Also there is one perk "Thick Skull" that helps prevent the rocked state.

Finally, the Boxer creation sandbox now supports custom Stat Stars.

Release Notes:

Add missing Stat Stars options to boxer sandbox customizer
Add "Rocked" status and related perks.
Add "Rocked" related perks to some legendary fighters. (roster re-generation required)
