Hello doctors! We’ve got two big announcements for you:
Doctor Life Simulator will be going on sale this week, and at the same time we’ll be releasing our biggest update so far: Hospital Designer.
Important note: The game’s price will increase after the next sale (Winter Sale - December 18th), so if you’ve been waiting, next week is the best time to grab it.
We’ve also updated our roadmap to better reflect our current development priorities.
Hospital Designer is now our main focus, and development is actively underway. Major updates like Co-op Mode, City Missions, and Surgeries are still coming - we’re simply restructuring the order so we can deliver the strongest core experience first.
Hospital Designer expands the core gameplay into a true hospital-building and infrastructure management loop. Players will be able to build a constantly growing - sometimes chaotic, but always solvable - hospital by balancing layout, infrastructure systems, and equipment choices.

Solve real simulation problems as the hospital grows (air quality, power load, crowding, hygiene, etc.)
1) Build Walls & Shape Your Hospital
Create rooms and corridors freely. Move, rebuild, and iterate as your hospital evolves.
2) Rooms & Layout Matter
Distance and room placement affects patient flow, waiting times, and staff efficiency.
3) Ventilation Simulation (Air Quality)
As patient traffic grows, your hospital needs proper ventilation - ignore it and you’ll see complaints, inefficiency, and unhappy staff.
4) Electricity & Power Load
New equipment increases your load. Manage power distribution, install breakers, and scale up as you expand.
5) Always Growing, Always Solvable
The core loop is simple and addictive:
Build something → a new problem appears → solve it → the hospital grows → bigger challenges emerge.
