Fixed a bug in hardmode which caused it to not save out credits properly.
The elevator in I2 will automatically raise when you climb to the third stage, to avoid the button not working properly.
Fixed the recycle cost for Carabiner and Moon Rocks being too high.
Fixed loading into a run and having it not properly apply the correct run settings.
Competitive mode now offers a choice between one free perk and two paid perks from the competiive pool.
Fixed competitive mode not setting it's locker contents properly.
