GENIE now has a chapter selection menu that's accessed from the game's main menu. You must *finish the game and see the credits scene to enable it. You can skip the credits scene after it opens, if you prefer.
*Due to the additional save function, the credits scene must be revisited after the update in order to unlock the chapter selection button.
