Hello everyone,
we are a team of undergraduate students working on our graduation project—(scratched out—we’ve graduated this year and lost our student status...)
Room 404 join October Steam Next Fest. The demo will include several explorable floors and one Resentful Spirit to challenge. We welcome everyone to come and try it out!
Since its inception last year, Room 404 has gone through countless days of development in dimly lit basement environments.
As a group of then-undergraduates creating our first game, we inevitably stumbled along the way.
From leaving internships behind to tackling development challenges, from graduating to finally releasing a playable demo—we’ve received tremendous support along the way and are finally stepping into the light!
We will always remember every piece of advice and support from players throughout this journey—your countless contributions have shaped the game into what it is today.
That said, we are fully aware that this is not the end. What truly matters is the quality of the full game and the recognition from our players! Moving forward, we will focus intently on further developing and polishing the experience.
